Tango's Flock is a home-based
aviary located in historic Buford, Georgia, about 40
minutes north of Atlanta. We raise a variety of birds,
including Cockatiels, Conures, Senegals, Eclectus, Cockatoos,
and the ever popular African Grey.
Breeding birds is a labor
of love and we take it very seriously. We pride ourselves
in a clean, bright, organized, and happy aviary. Being
a successful breeder is not just feedings and cage cleanings,
but providing everything a baby bird needs to become
a happy, well adjusted, loving member of your family
when they get to their new home.
We pride ourselves in
secure, curious, happy, healthy babies and welcome any
inquiries or questions either via email at Tangosflock@aol.com,
by phone at (404)-246-0501 or via Yahoo Messenger under
screenname tangosflock.
We also encourage the
use of our Birdy cam to view your newest family member
at play while he is still being lovingly cared for and
abundance weaned on his personal schedule in our home.
We do not sell unweaned
babies, and encourage all bird lovers to always put
the babies health first, and do not buy unweaned babies!
Our whole family is involved in raising our babies.
We are very fortunate in that our parents are supportive
of our business, and we are extremely blessed that our
2 boys are not only tolerant, but most of the time are
extremely helpful in socializing babies, cleaning and
making the personal sacrifices necessary to have a successful
aviary full of happy, healthy birds. (Though I must
admit they are much more anxious to teach the babies
to play basketball than they are to be on poop patrol!)
We owe much gratitude to our families for being so understanding
and supportive during our family gatherings when we
have to leave every 2 hours to feed babies, or cancel
at the last minute, or toting the kids to different
functions when we have "bird business" to
attend to. We are extremely proud to be a part of such
loving, caring, supportive families, and thank our lucky
stars daily for them all.
By popular demand... here is the closest we could come
to a 'Family Portrait".
Arent' we just tooooooo precious?

*Disclaimer* None of
our neighbors' property values were injured or harmed
in any way in the taking of this picture. The couch
was merely outside awaiting garbage pickup, and is NOT
a permanent fixture of our driveway. We are trying to
find a supplier for 'senses of humor' and when we do,
that will be added to our 'for sale' page. Until that
time, please do try and laugh a little every day. Life
is hard, but it's harder when you're grumpy.
